The other night I threw together some dinner for the kids. I really wanted some 7Up biscuits, but we were out of soda. I’d been reading on Pinterest where a ton of recipes can be made just by using some plain greek yogurt. I had some of that, so I thought I’d give it a try. The biscuits turned out SO dang good! And it was super easy, and I imagine slightly healthier than using sour cream. I should have paid better attention to exact measurements, but here’s what I did:
- 1 small container plain greek yogurt
- About a 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
Mixed it all together til it wasn’t incredibly wet and sticky. Then I melted a 1/4 stick of butter in the bottom of a baking dish, and dropped dough by spoonfuls into the pan. Baked at 400 degrees until they were golden. They were so dang good! The kids ate them til I thought they would pop!
